Appointments last 50 minutes

The fee is £40-£45 per session for in-person sessions (depending on time and day), £30 for phone or online sessions

Book a free online 30-minute introductory session or a £10 50-minute in-person session, to try it out. Your £10 is refunded when you have a second session.
