At Bay Therapy Centre, 21 Trent Boulevard, NG2 5BB. The atmosphere is friendly, with private and relaxing rooms for us to talk in. In addition, there is free parking right outside and on the surrounding streets and a pleasant waiting area.
Appointments last 50 minutes
£45 per session for in-person sessions and £30 for phone or online sessions
If you’re curious about counselling, why not book an introductory session? It’s only £10 for a 50-minute in-person appointment. When you have a second session the £10 is refunded. Or you can opt for a free online 30-minute introductory session.
